Q. WHAT IS REVE DE ST BARTH?
A: Rêve the St Barth is a Boutique Vacation Residence Community
consisting of 8 luxury villas located in Flamands, just a few minutes from the beach.
Q. HOW IS THE OWNERSHIP STRUCTURED?
A: Each Villa is owned by a legal entity consisting of 13 share-owners. Each share-owner has a 1/13 interest in the entity that holds title of one specific Villa.
Q. HOW IS THE VILLA USED?
A: The 13 owners of each Villa will decide how their villa will be used.
Additionally each Villa is invited to participate in the OWNER’S USAGE
PROGRAM (OUP) independently offered and operated by the Management
Company and will be subject to the rules and regulations of such program.
Owners will also be members of an International Recognized Exchange
Program that will allow them to swap their periods for similar luxury
properties around the world.
Q. WHAT DOES THE OUP PROGRAM ENTITLE ME TO?
A: The OUP organizes and coordinates the 13 share-owners use of their villa for a period of 4 weeks per year, as per the Occupancy Calendar.
Q. WHAT IS THE OCCUPANCY CALENDAR?
A: Villa owners that choose to participate in our OUP will have an
occupancy calendar that assigns 4 weeks use to the owner over the course of each year (2 weeks in Platinum Season and 2 weeks in Gold Season)
using a Rotating Priority System. Each participating share-owner will be
assigned an Initial Priority Number (1 to 13), that will move up one position every year. The Initial Priority Number entitles share-owners to chose his weeks of use in that specific order every year.
Q. UNDER THE OUP, WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY WEEKS IF I DON’T
WANT TO USE THEM?
A: The OUP allows you to invite friends or family, exchange the dates
of use with other owners and rent your weeks individually or through
the Management Rental Program.
Q. WHAT IS THE MANAGEMENT RENTAL PROGRAM?
A: This program is administered by the Management Association and
provides the marketing, maintenance and transaction management
associated with the rental of your property.
Q. WHAT IS THE PRICE OF EACH SHARE?
A: The Price of each share is €250,000, plus closing cost of
Q. WHAT ARE THE ANNUAL COSTS FOR EACH SHARE-OWNER UNDER
A: The initial estimated annual costs for each share-owner is € 2,000 per quarter. This cost will be adjusted (+/-) after the first 6 months expense report has been completed.
Q. WHAT SERVICES ARE INCLUDED IN THE OUP ANNUAL COSTS?
A: The OUP annual. costs include:
• Property Maintenance (heated pool, gardens, common areas,

• In-House Services (Concierge, villa conditioning on arrival/
departure and on-site Superintendent)
